Worksheets
Checklists that make sure the job is done properly, and recorded step by step.
No per-user pricing for up to 50 users.
A worksheet is a predefined list of actions for a particular task, job or problem, from the first diagnostic step to logging the property in. People work through it in order, and each step is ticked off with the time and the person recorded.
Worksheets are an additional module that sits inside Tickets. They join the ticket flow alongside notes, tasks, quotes and invoices.
Always in order
Steps are done in sequence. Each completion is time-stamped with the person who did it.
Moves the ticket on
Completing a step can set the ticket status for you. A rule never moves a ticket backwards, and any rule that was skipped is shown in the flow.
Template library
Build templates with a step designer, with drag to reorder, required steps and a preview. Organise them in folders, tag them by device or model, and duplicate, archive, import or export them.
Custom worksheets
Add steps as you go and record what you did. Start from a blank sheet or from a template, and save a custom worksheet as a template for approval.
Reviewed, then final
A finished worksheet goes to review. A reviewer can approve it or return it to work with a comment. Once final it is never edited, though a dated correction can be added.
Results at the end
When a worksheet finishes, ask for what you need: add time to the invoice, add a note, or record a pass or fail. Any of these can be required.
Due dates that count
Worksheets and tasks have due dates. Targets can come from the template or from the service level, using your support hours and bank holidays.
Skip with a reason
Skipping a step in a template worksheet needs a reason, which stays on the record.

- Reviewers see the worksheets waiting for review.
- Optional notifications tell you when something is awaiting review or has been returned to you.
