Appointments
Book visits and jobs against a ticket, check people in and out, and bill the time on site.
No per-user pricing for up to 50 users.
An appointment always belongs to a ticket, and so to a customer. You pick the customer, then an existing ticket of theirs or a new one, and the appointment takes its title and description from the ticket.
Four ways to look
See appointments as a list, or by day, week or month. Double-click a time slot to book.
More than one person
Book several members of staff on one appointment, in 5-minute steps, with a searchable staff picker.
No double bookings
Serlix refuses to book the same person twice at the same time, even when two people book at once.
Aware of your rota
You are warned when booking someone who is on leave or not rostered.
Check in
Check in opens 30 minutes before the start. The button greys out with the reason until then.
Check out and invoice
Choose a service rate when you check out. Serlix charges the time on site and creates an issued invoice on the ticket, using the rate name as the line title.
Follows the money
An appointment moves to Awaiting Payment, then Closed when the invoice is paid in full.
Part of the ticket story
Appointments show on the ticket and in its flow, and customers can ask for one through the Customer Portal.
